Garage Sale Map helps you discover garage, yard, and estate sales near you and plan routes. Listings are gathered from public third-party sources and are provided "as is" — we don't guarantee their accuracy, availability, or timing. Always confirm details before traveling to a sale.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
New accounts include a 7-day free trial. After the trial, a subscription is $7.99/month, billed through Stripe and auto-renewing until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Don't misuse the Service — no scraping, reselling, interfering with operation, or unlawful activity. Listing a sale you post must be accurate and lawful.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garage Sale Map is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for anything arising from sale listings, third-party content, or your travel to a sale.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
